  Stephen Carson, the owner of the funeral home, has no tact whatsoever. He's completely unsympathetic and concerned only with how and when you'll pay for his "service". He comes across like a used car salesman and never once said "sorry for your loss" or anything of the like. He adds on as many charges as possible and will not publish an obituary in a local online paper as he claims there's a fee even though the Newspaper clearly states: "This service is provided to funeral homes at no cost". But, it's probably for the better anyway as the obituary he did manage to publish on his website was full of misspellings. And, when you go to pick up your loved one's belongings, be prepared to have them dumped out onto the desk in front of you. So, don't expect Stephen Carson of Holt-Woodbury funeral home to ease any grieving or provide any "personal attention" during this painful, difficult time.
